Accurate determination of the valence of macromolecules.  We focus on the technique of measuring charge with capillary electrophoresis but also have an instrument developed here called the Membrane confined electrophoresis.  This method is the "gold standard" for measuring the charge on macromolecules that is a free solutions technique.
