I am workin on the blood plasma proteomics of  cancer patients in North India. We are trying to screen out the proteins with variable degree of expression in plasma of cancer patients. the tumors in question are solid, carcinomas and without any known sign of metastasis. Proteins and Proteomics are my hardcore area of interest and we try to adopt the simplest strategies possible for the analysis.
