I consider myself a bioinformatician with major focuses on all flavours of genomics including genome sequencing, annotation, comparative genomics, molecular evolution and finally, microRNAs. I am writing software that facilitates my current research on microRNAs and handles the data produced by the next generation sequencing technologies from 454 and Solexa Inc.
