Hi everybody this my first blog and from today itself i am asking about the in-vivo bioassay of one protein in balb/c mice for reticulocyte. we have try to develop method on this animal strain and we are geting enough variation in inter group so is any solution to over come that or any statistical appliances can applied to reduce variations.
