Stable Transfection

I am trying to create a cell line, D-54, that has stable luc expression for in vivo imaging. I hope to co-localize an Ad and AAV virus with these cells. Is there a vector or transfection reagent available which will result in a stable transfection of my cells? I have thought about transposon-based vectors.
